This video is in answer to a question from a blog reader who asks:
“Hello James, I love your content. It’s really helping me change my mindset against the Programming of our government and mainstream media in general, so thank you for that.
Here’s my question: I’m an avid walker but I have a small belly, I’ve been walking briskly for over 6 years now, and I was thinking about upgrading my aerobic activity to something more intense like high intensity interval training (HIIT) to really ramp up the Calorie burn. Is it recommended to do 30-60 minutes of HIIT workouts when doing the prolonged fasts of 72-hours (or longer)? I’m waiting for my potassium chloride in the mail. Thank you!”
