I’ve been doing some research and came across Shawn Baker’s YouTube channel. He apparently wrote the Carnivore Diet book and after seeing lots of testimonials for it, including from ex-vegans, I am seriously considering it as it seems to show similar benefits to prolonged fasting.
Do you recommend that I do “Carnivore Diet” refeeds, instead of all other foods? Do you believe that a “meat-only” diet would quantify the effects of prolonged fasting?
